Videos: Against safe spaces, for a code of conduct

The text of our proposed code conduct is here. The motion won more votes than the safe spaces document, but the majority at conference refused to ratify it, which means LU now has neither a code of conduct nor a safe spaces policy. We fear that the current unwritten safe spaces policy will continue to operate.
